Description: Sandy City's Sego Lilly bike path starts at South Jordan Gateway (500 West). It then proceeds east and uphill all the way up to Wasatch. There is a bike lane or good should almost the whole way.
Comments: I ride Sego often and really like it. The section re-paved in 2005 was chip-sealed, but isn't as bad as some. Most sections are pretty good. This ride features mostly short climbs with brief flats in between. It makes for a good training ride. Once you get to Wasatch you can go north or south to stay in the valley. You can also keep going east up Little Cottonwood Canyon.
